Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the watch in its original luxury packaging, including all protective films, tags, manuals, and warranty cards that were included in the shipment.
Ship Back to ASOROCK
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send your package to our quality control center for inspection.
Inspection and Refund
Once our horologists verify the condition of the timepiece, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
